How to find us

Lyrebird Ridge can be reached either from Nowra or from Kangaroo Valley.

From Nowra

From Nowra take Illaroo Road on the western side of the highway just north of the bridge over the Shoalhaven. At North Nowra take the second exit from the roundabout and continue along Illaroo Road through Bangalee and Tapitallee. Continue along Illaroo Road and you will see a large green sign reading “Kangaroo Valley/Bugong Road straight ahead”, we are 5 minutes straight ahead from this sign on the right-hand side of the road.

From Kanagroo Valley

If you are coming from Kangaroo Valley head west along Talloowa Dam/Mt Scanzi Road to the west of the village. After about 1 km turn left onto Mt Scanzi Road and continue up and down the mountain until you reach Budgong Road. Turn left at this T-junction and continue along Bugong Road for approximately 8 km. Lyrebird Ridge is off to the left.
